8.Termination of service
Missing-You.com reserves the right to terminate the user’s right to use the system without refund if, in our sole discretion, the user violated any of the terms of this “Terms of Use” contract.

Upon expiration, or cancellation or termination by either party, of your account, your password, and/or your website will be terminated.
