9. Choice of law
Any computer anywhere in the world can reach the Missing-You.com. Since each country has its own laws, for the purposes of this agreement the laws of Monaco will apply and you agree and consent that any dispute between you and Missing-You.com will be resolved by mediation or binding arbitration in Monaco. Nothing in this clause prevents Missing-You.com to seek injunctive relief.

10. Changes
Changes to this agreement will be published on the site or by E-mail. Missing-You.com reserves the right to change the content and conditions of this agreement; to change the content of the site; to remove individual memorials after the expiration of the defined hosting term, or if the site contains materials considered offensive under the terms of the “Proper Behavior” clause.

This Terms of Use constitutes the whole of the legal and binding contract between the user and Missing-You.com. It supersedes any other communication, oral or written.

In the event that any term or clause or part of this agreement is held to be unenforceable or invalid by arbitration or other binding decision, the remainder of this agreement will remain valid and enforceable.
